Admin & settings reference

On this page

Reach the admin hub at /admin. The sidebar is grouped: Overview, Programming, On Air, Library, Reports, Station, System. Programming, On Air, Library, Reports and Content are covered above (Β§4, Β§5, Β§8). The Station and System settings:

Station β†’ General (/admin/station) #

  • Name: shown across the studio and on the stream.
  • Timezone: drives hour logs and clock timing.
  • Media ingest concurrency: how many tracks transcode in parallel (1–8).
  • Logo / stream artwork: branding and default track art / Icecast logo.

Station β†’ Log colours (/admin/log-colours) #

Per-category colours (background/text/border/label) for the studio log, music, links, adverts, news, etc. Reset any category or all to defaults.

Station β†’ Broadcast (/admin/broadcast) #

Stream outputs and their health/listeners; remote DJ encoder inputs and the shared harbor password (break-glass only, prefer per-user logins); and the Remote guests + Recordings sections (Β§6).

Station β†’ Stream relay (/admin/relay) #

Push the broadcast to external Icecast/Shoutcast servers/directories: host, port, mount, bitrate, source password, TLS, public URL. The local Public and Wards mounts are unaffected.

Station β†’ AI & integrations (/admin/ai) #

A master Enable AI features toggle (off = all AI controls hidden), plus API keys for providers (ElevenLabs for voice, and LLMs such as Claude/OpenAI for scripts) and third-party integrations. Each key shows whether it's set from the database or the environment.

Station β†’ Users & roles (/admin/users) #

Create/disable accounts, set name/email/password and roles, and enable remote broadcast (generates the harbor login; rotate or revoke it here).

On Air β†’ Automation / Hour timing / Advert breaks / Hospital content #

The automation, backtiming, ad-trafficking and hospital-pool settings described in Β§4 and Β§5.

System β†’ Health & status (/admin/system) #

Live health of database, cache, storage and worker; server info (uptime, memory); and library storage usage with disk-fill bars.

System β†’ Storage (/admin/storage) #

HospAir stores audio on local disk by default (no object server to run). Optionally point at any S3-compatible bucket: the bucket becomes the durable home and a size-capped local cache keeps hot tracks. From here you can test the connection, migrate local↔S3, trim/purge the cache, and switch modes, no redeploy.
